Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Event" refers to any fashion show, gala, or related activity organized by Elan Fashion Gala.​

  • "Participant" includes but is not limited to designers, models, sponsors, guests, and staff involved in the Event.​

2. Participation Eligibility

  • Designers: Must submit an application and receive formal approval to showcase collections. Collections should be original and exclusive to Elan Fashion Gala.​

  • Models: Selection is through an audition process. Models must adhere to rehearsal schedules, dress codes, and conduct guidelines as set forth by Elan Fashion Gala.​

  • Sponsors: Sponsorship opportunities are subject to agreement on terms that align with the brand values of Elan Fashion Gala.​

  • Guests: Attendance is by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable without prior consent from Elan Fashion Gala.​

3. Code of Conduct

All Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of Elan Fashion Gala. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event and future disqualification from participation.​

4. Confidentiality

Participants may be privy to confidential information pertaining to Elan Fashion Gala or other Participants. Such information must not be disclosed to any third parties without explicit written consent.​

5. Media Release

By participating in the Event, Participants grant Elan Fashion Gala the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute their likeness, image, and voice in any media format for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

6. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that their involvement in the Event is voluntary and agree to release Elan Fashion Gala, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

7. Amendments

Elan Fashion Gala reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes, but it is the responsibility of Participants to review these terms periodically.
